The New York City Department of Veterans’ Services has an interactive map called the NYC Vet Biz Local map that identifies military veteran-owned businesses across NYC. Members in New York City or traveling to the area can use it to find veteran-owned businesses and support fellow service members who have served.
When you buy from military veteran-owned businesses, you can:
- connect with others who have served and recognize their service
- support fellow veterans, their employees, and their families
- engage in promoting veteran success beyond the military
You can use the the NYC Vet Biz Local map map to find over 200 local veteran-owned businesses that represent a cross-section of New York City like restaurants, construction, gardening, photographers, office supplies, and more. Each listing includes business contact information as well as relevant city and state certifications obtained by each business.
