It has been a busy holiday season for us in Veterans Advantage. Our Board member and Medal of Honor Recipient, Paul W. “Bud” Bucha, delivered remarks and was honored at the Army Reserve’s 411th Civil Affairs Battalion Holiday Dining Out event, as the guest of  Major Tom Saadi, Connecticut’s Commissioner of Veterans Affairs.

The Battalion’s nickname is the “Mad Hatters” and they honored Bud with one of their signature hats -- the event was a “blast”, according to Tom and Bud! The new governor-elect of Connecticut will be re-nominating Major Saadi for another term as Commissioner of Veterans Affairs.
