Scott’s View: Reflecting on 2019 with Hopes for 2020

Scott's View

With 2019 now almost in our rear view mirror, we had time to reflect on our annual holiday party for VIPs, staff and family last week.

As always, this was a wonderful event to look back with gratitude for our team, partners and members who served our country. And a time to look forward to another great year ahead! With a big thank you from new partners such as 7-Eleven, American Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, StubHub, Gymshark, La Quinta Hotels & Suites, American Home Miles, Verizon Wireless for Business, and BarkBox, our members have enjoyed a lot more value than ever before in 2019.

And several more new partnerships are only days away. You’ll see them soon in the Military Discounts Marketplace.

It is also the end of a decade, and our servicemen and women have been on the front lines for all of it. From the famous surge in Iraq at the start of the decade to the ongoing tensions in Afghanistan and Syria, as well as the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War and the 75th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge, our military and veterans have been there. We carry them and their families in our hearts and in our prayers. We are forever grateful for their service and their sacrifice.

All of us at Veterans Advantage wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season, and a terrific 2020!

If you are just now finalizing your plans for Hanukkah, Christmas, or New Year's, don't panic. Preparation is still the key to a stress-free vacation, and even at this late stage, knowing where to look can lead to significant savings.
