Want to support our troops and wounded veterans while keeping America free of electronic waste? WeSalute (founded as Veterans Advantage) is doing just that, and we need your help! Send us your old cell phone, and we will recycle it and use the funds from your donation to Give the Gift of WeSalute+ to those who need it most.

Our Recycle & Reward campaign was first launched in partnership with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority on September 11th, 2003, to help support our troops overseas and serve as a memorial to the lives we lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001.

Today, the Recycle & Reward campaign has expanded to give the gift of WeSalute+ to wounded veterans, Medal of Honor recipients and their spouses, student veterans, and other deserving men, women, and families who have served.

Interested in recycling your old cell phone, used laptops or tablets, empty inkjet or toner cartridges, e-readers or other electronic devices for a good cause? It’s easy - just mail your unwanted electronics to WeSalute (founded as Veterans Advantage), described below.

Shipping Guidelines: Sending a lot of stuff? Our recycler will pay for your shipment!

  • To have our recycler send you a shipping label for free, the 15/15 Rule applies, meaning, send in 15 cell phones, OR 15 laser cartridges, OR a combination of the two in one box, PLUS any other items on our pricelist.

  • If you do not meet the requirements for 15/15 criteria, you have the option of mailing the items at your own cost to:
