Scott's View

We hope you have time to enjoy some of our shopping and travel benefits during the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. There’s also great gift savings for Dads and Grads.

Our Cover Story, written by Brig. Gen. (Ret) Raymond E. Bell, Jr. , the father of our Content Director Cythia Bell-Bucha, is the moving story of Sgt. Frank Charrow, a fitting tribute to the 75th anniversary of D-Day, and Memorial Day, 2019.

As all Veterans know, we do not need help remembering the true meaning of Memorial Day, but we all have a responsibility to make sure future generations never forget. For this nation, the events surrounding June 6, 1944 is a powerful history lesson written by those who made the ultimate sacrifice, so that we might live and enjoy the freedoms we hold so dear. Please pause at 3 pm local time on Memorial Day for a Moment of Remembrance for those families whose servicemembers gave their lives in defense of our freedoms.

Have a peaceful and restful Memorial Day.
