Our friends from the iconic Intrepid Museum in New York City have announced upcoming dates for important events over the next few months!

What is the Intrepid Museum?

From the pioneering spirit of the first Space Shuttle, the silent power of a nuclear submarine, the roar of military aircraft, to the sleek speed of a supersonic spy plane and the Concorde, the legendary Intrepid surrounds you with technological wonders that have spanned the globe.

Originally commissioned as a warship, the USS Intrepid played a significant role in World War II, earning five battle stars and participating in the 1944 Battle of Leyte Gulf, the largest naval battle ever recorded, where it contributed to the sinking of the Japanese super-battleships Yamato and Musashi. In 1954, the Intrepid was updated to serve as a modern attack carrier capable of handling jet aircraft before its decommissioning.

Originally called the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, it has become a must-see destination for New Yorkers and tourists to the area since 1982.
